Puppy Social is an interactive setting where teams engage with therapy puppies while participating in the TeamBuilding.ca Performance Experience framework.
The relaxed environment lowers barriers, encourages natural interaction, and allows real communication and collaboration behaviors to surface in real time.
Rather than simply providing a fun activity, this setting creates the conditions for teams to experience how they communicate, support one another, and operate together.
Through guided facilitation, these moments are translated back to the workplace so teams leave with stronger awareness, clearer communication, and deeper trust.
What to expect
Welcome & Framework Introduction
The session begins with a short introduction to the performance experience model and the behaviors participants should observe throughout the experience.
Puppy Social Environment
Teams interact with therapy puppies in a calm and engaging setting designed to lower stress and encourage authentic interaction between colleagues.
Guided Interaction & Team Moments
Facilitated prompts and light collaborative activities encourage teams to communicate, connect, and notice how group dynamics appear naturally.
Observation & Reflection
Participants pause to reflect on what they observed about communication, leadership, and support during the experience.
Performance Translation
Key insights are connected back to workplace behaviors including trust, communication clarity, and collaboration.
