Once the final touches are in place, teams face the ultimate “Durability Test” to see if their creation can withstand a light shake, a simulated storm, or even a candy quake. It’s all in good fun, with plenty of laughs and lessons about structure, teamwork, and resilience.

What to expect
Welcome & Icebreaker – The session kicks off with energy and connection as teams form, choose their “construction crew” names, and dive into a quick interactive warm-up that gets everyone talking, laughing, and ready to build. It’s a fast way to spark momentum and set a positive tone for what’s ahead.
Activity- The Build – Teams roll up their sleeves and get to work designing, strategizing, and constructing their gingerbread masterpiece. Every decision counts, from structure to style, as collaboration and creativity come together in real time. It’s a mix of fun, focus, and a few sticky moments that reveal just how well teams communicate under pressure.
Team Challenges – Just when things are running smoothly, the unexpected hits. Surprise twists, design curveballs, or limited resources keep teams on their toes testing adaptability, innovation, and problem-solving under time constraints. It’s fast, fun, and full of “we’ve got this” moments.
Connection & Reflection –When the final pieces are in place, teams take a moment to step back, share their process, and unpack what made them successful. A short, guided reflection ties the experience to real-world teamwork exploring how clarity, trust, and collaboration turned a pile of parts into a solid structure.
Social Wrap-Up – The grand reveal brings everyone together for a showcase of creativity and teamwork. Judges test each build and the brave face the Durability Test, a playful shake to see which house stands tall. Laughter, celebration, and stronger connections close out the session.
