Basket of Smiles turns teamwork into something truly meaningful. In this hands-on session, teams come together to design and assemble baskets filled with everyday essentials, comfort items, and thoughtful gifts all carefully chosen to support seniors or children in need.
Each basket becomes a symbol of care, creativity, and community connection. Participants work with locally sourced products and personal touches that make every gift feel special. From cozy items to uplifting notes, every detail reflects teamwork with heart.
What to expect
Welcome & Icebreaker – Setting the Tone– The session begins with a warm welcome that connects participants to the community they’ll be supporting. A quick, engaging icebreaker sets the stage for collaboration, empathy, and purpose.
Activity – The Build– Teams plan, design, and assemble their baskets using a mix of locally sourced products and thoughtful add-ons. Creativity meets organization as teams balance aesthetics, practicality, and care in every basket they create.
Team Challenges – Collaboration with Heart– Once the baskets are complete, teams share what inspired their choices and reflect on the teamwork it took to get there. A short guided wrap-up links the experience back to collaboration, communication, and making a difference together.
Connection & Reflection – The Impact Moment– A short facilitated wrap-up helps teams draw connections back to the workplace.
Social Wrap-Up – Celebration & Send-Off– The session ends on a high note as everyone gathers to celebrate their creations and prepare the baskets for delivery. It’s a moment filled with gratitude, laughter, and the shared joy of giving back.
