Welcome & Icebreaker – Setting the Tone The session opens with upbeat energy and a warm welcome. Participants share their favorite song or music memory, setting the stage for creativity, laughter, and connection right from the start.

Activity – The Build Teams roll up their sleeves and dive into the hands-on challenge of assembling their ukuleles. Guided by facilitators, they problem-solve, communicate, and collaborate as each piece comes together  a physical reflection of how great teamwork is built.

Team Challenges – The Rhythm of Collaboration Throughout the build, playful prompts and mini challenges keep energy high. Whether it’s a timed assembly round, a creative design twist, or a “musical trivia” moment, these challenges strengthen communication, focus, and adaptability in a fun and engaging way.

Connection & Reflection – Playing in Harmony Once the instruments are ready, participants learn a few simple chords and practice together. The group then unites to perform one uplifting song as a team a celebration of coordination, trust, and shared achievement. A short reflection ties the experience back to real workplace collaboration and communication.

Social Wrap-Up –The room comes alive as the final chords ring out. Energy, laughter, and rhythm fill the space as teams close the session with a shared performance that feels bigger than the moment.
